Extension of the partnership agreement with the Musée d'Art Moderne Grand-Duc Jean for a period of 3 years and support for the exhibition of Peter Halley.
March 28, 2023
After two years of a fruitful partnership with Musée d'Art Moderne Grand-Duc Jean (Mudam), Banque Degroof Petercam Luxembourg (hereafter the Bank) has decided to renew its partnership agreement for a period of three years. The signing of the extension of the agreement took place at the museum in the presence of Bettina Steinbrügge, Director of the institution, Carine Lilliu, Head of Patronage and Partnerships, Gautier Bataille, CEO of the Bank and Adel Nabhan, Chief Marketing Officer of the Bank.
In 2021, the year of the 150th anniversary of the Degroof Petercam Group, the Bank aims to continue and deepen its artistic support by becoming a patron of the Grand Duke Jean Museum of Modern Art. As part of this sponsorship, Degroof Petercam supported the major exhibition of 2021, More Sweetly Play the Dance, dedicated to William Kentridge.
In 2022, the Bank supported the exhibition Fly In League With The Night, by Lynette Yiadom-Boakye, which brought together 67 paintings by the artist.
For 2023, the Bank is pleased to support Peter Halley's exhibition, Conduits: Paintings from the 1980s, which will run from March 31 to October 15, 2023.
As with the William Kentridge and Lynette Yiadom-Boakye exhibitions, the Bank will make the main facades of its building at the Cloche d'Ora available to the museum to promote this major exhibition in 2023. Residents and employees of companies located at the Cloche d'Or will be able to admire several of the artist's works in very large format.
